Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your child’s place for any reason, a refund will be issued only if we are able to find a replacement to fill the space. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds under any other circumstances.

 

Behaviour Policy

If a child displays unacceptable behaviour, they will receive up to three verbal warnings. If the behaviour persists, the child will be sent home for the day. In such cases, a refund will not be provided.

 

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we kindly ask that you contact us directly and refer to our complaints policy. We appreciate the opportunity to resolve any issues before they are shared publicly on social media.
